Happy Humpday my loves! Can you believe that Thanksgiving has already passed. We are officially counting down the days till Xmas.. Sounds so cliche but time literally flies! This year, my bf and I are having our family over. I am super excited but I am also in a bit of a panic trying to get the house all festive. As I was decorating my house, my mind kept on running thinking of what I needed to do and what gifts I need to buy.

Which brings to me this gift guide for the home. The Ultimate Guide to Black Friday 2016

Am I the only one that is counting down the days till Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale? I have a hugeeee list of items I want, and then I keep an eye out for when it's on sale! My favorite retailer, Nordstrom just started their early sale! It's the perfect time to stock up on those pricier items for the holidays and not have to feel guilty about splurging on that Tory Burch bag (I just ordered and saved $180!) or much-needed Sorel boots (up to 35% off!). I am also stocking up on some of my favorite distressed jeans, Free People sweater, and over the knee boots.

Items at Nordstrom sell out super fast so order yours quickly! The best part about ordering from Nordstrom is free shipping and free hassle free returns. They give you as long as you like to return the items too so you don't have to stress about when you have to return it especially during the holidays with so much going on. Early Sale at Nordstrom

I was working out with a friend and we got to talking about an upcoming holiday party she is attending that is suppose to be casual. She had no idea what to wear since dresses were out of the question. I told her she had a lot of options and first thing that came to mind were sequin pants. She seemed a little uncomfortable at the though of it but I think it's important to push yourself pass your comfort zone in all aspects of life, even in what you wear. She has killer long legs and amazing body so I told her she would rock it. If you remember I wrote a similar post about what to wear to a wedding that's not a dress back in May so I thought I would do a holiday version.

Sequined pants with a simple blouse and warm faux fur jacket are a great alternative to the typical holiday dress or skirt. I am wearing a tri-color faux fur coat from Daya by Zendaya (a new and afforadable direct to consumer brand by multi-talented Zendaya). I waned to wear it with comfortable shoes (to get my dancing on) so I paired these lace up pumps with baby block heels. An advantage of this formula is that it will keep you comfortably warm. Tis the season for sparkles and furs so why wouldn't we not wear them at every opportunity? Do it girls. Go on and put on your fur and sequin party pants!

I first unboxed it, plugged it in, and download the Aura App on my phone. It then scanned my camera roll and automatically grouped photos by the people in them. Then I told Aura who I wanted to appear in my frame, and it pulled all the pictures into its queue. In terms of convenience, this bluetooth-enabled digital frame is the way to go! Instead of having to fuss with SD cards or USB thumb drives, the app sends your curated photos to the frame wirelessly. This makes it easy for other family members to add photos—and to remotely manage a frame that you’ve given to a parent or other family member. It doesn't stop there. Aura is truly 'smart', as it cuts photos that are too blurry, too dark, or doesn't match aspect ratio.

Esthetically, Aura Frames is just as beautiful as it is smart. The photos don't do it enough justice. It has an Ivory frosted body with either Rose Gold Trim or Charcoal with Black Trim. I stood mine on my night stand, but you can also hang it on the wall. It has no buttons as you fully control everything remotely through the app on your phone. Although it does have a sensor which you can wave to the left or right to scroll through images from a distance!

In short, Aura Frames is truly the best digital frame that will be well sought after with a chic design that combines a high-quality display with all sorts of digital bells and whistles. Honestly, it's an investment piece for sure but there is truly no price on something that displays your memories as a reminder of happier times. It's a the perfect holiday gift for a family member (like your mom who 'likes' all your photos on Facebook or or your grandma who lives is always calling and asking for pictures).

Happy Humpday! What a crazy election.. but no more politics and lets get down to biz. If you remember her from her show, she is as well-known for her hilarious catch phrases as she is for her signature fur vest and oversize sunnies. The box is liter-ally so bananas!
